Gratex International has opened a new branch in the United States
Gratex International, a.s. belongs to the leading Slovak software houses. It has been operating successfully on the market for ten years. It is involved in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and complex information systems, and the provision of related services. It currently operates in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and in Australia, and it employs more than 200 highly qualified professionals. A new branch of Gratex International has been opened in Seattle, Washington in the United States.

Gratex International USA wins it’s first client engagement with Premera Blue Cross
Gratex International USA (GTi USA) attained its first project engagement award on October 29, 2001. Gratex International USA was hired to participate in the development and implementation of the Federal Healthcare Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for Premera Blue Cross in cooperation with Comsys Corporation. The charter is to assist in the development and implementation of HIPAA requirements mandated by the U.S. Government for the standardization and Electronic Data Interchange of financial/administrative data for insurance policy holders.

Gratex International USA becomes an approved partner to Unisys Corporation’s Technical Services in the Pacific Northwest Region.
Gratex International USA (GTi USA) has become an approved partner of Unisys Corporation Technical Services in the Pacific Northwest Region in October 2001. GTi USA technical services will be used to support and complement Unisys’s customer on server consolidation, database migration and conversion, database support, and infrastructure migrations and upgrades.

Gratex International USA is approved by Safeco Insurance Corporation to become a Vendor on Safeco’s list of preferred vendors.
Gratex International USA (GTi USA) became an approved vendor at Safeco Insurance Corporation in November 2001. GTi USA was added to Safeco’s preferred IT vendor list. Safeco corporation is a Safeco is a General Insurance Company of America offering a comprehensive mix of products that help individuals; organizations and companies protect the things they value and profit from financial opportunities.
