Description:
Gratex International USA is looking for a Business Development Manager with strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving capabilities and an entrepreneurial drive. The individual is responsible for selling IT services and solutions to enterprise customers. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Compiles prospective customer lists for use as sales leads.
- Generates sales, which lead to revenue and profit growth.
- Develops and maintains an opportunity pipeline.
- Analyzes customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Creates and delivers proposals.
- Consults with staff consultants on highly technical problems.
- Leverages Strategic and Technology Partners.
- Investigates and resolves customer issues and problems.
- Establishes rapport and long-term relationship with customers.
- Primary travel within assigned region.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of 7 years in high technology consultative sales positions.
- A winning track record in selling IT solutions.
- Demonstrates ability to identify customers needs.
- Demonstrates ability to bring IT benefits to solve business problems.
- Experience in developing and delivering proposals.
- Establishes strong relationships with customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
