Extent of services provided by the MCS:
- 25 points worth Sk 8,000 less VAT;
- 55 points worth Sk 15,000 less VAT;
- 160 points worth Sk 35,000 less VAT;
The rate for the on-site support (intervention directly at a customer) Sk 2990
or 9 points / hour, less VAT

Members of the Microsoft Direct Access programme (VAP,
MS Partner, Solution Providers) are entitled to have up to five reported
incidents resolved FREE during the year 2001. After the exceeding of that
limit, they can buy solutions of other incidents according to the current
price-list. Cases leading to finding out errors in the product are not
included into the limit of five incidents!
