Gratex provides a Helpdesk as a single point of contact and triage
of any IT related issues. Through our Helpdesk we can offer remote
troubleshooting, and we can plan for an onsite visit from one of our
engineers if required. Customers can check the progress of their call
online via our Helpdesk web portal.
We offer Support Agreements to our customers and which provide
discounted rates of service and a service level agreement with a
guaranteed response time. The Support Agreement also includes routine
onsite checkups and remote monitoring of system health to prevent
problems before they occur, and to ensure that backups and other
routine procedures are occurring satisfactorily.
In the Gratex repair centre, we provide Computer diagnostics,
repair and maintenance.
