Hanoi, July 18, 2016 - Software company Gratex International is expanding its international activities. Chairman Jozef Kozar signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Gratex International and FPT Corporation, represented by Chairman Dr. Truong Gia Binh. The signing ceremony took place in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi, in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.

The Memorandum of Understanding is the result of mutual efforts to develop close and long-term cooperation between the companies on a global level. The Memorandum aims to link business activities in emerging markets, human resources for project implementation and the transfer of know-how for mutual support. Emphasis will be on the use and promotion of the quality professional capacities of Vietnamese experts. Gratex International will provide knowledge of transformation processes and implementation of innovative solutions in both the private and the public sector.
